This documentation will guide you through the system, to use the most out of TAPRAT

Get Started

First of all, thank your for your purchase, we hope you get the most out of TAPRAT. The card/stand is already programmed to your "How was your experince?" site

To get you started you have to setup your business, please follow the steps:

  1. In the left navigation click on Business tab.
  2. You will find your business viewed as table click on edit action button, at the most right.
  3. Fillout your business name, upload your logo (200MB max), First name and Last name.
  4. At the location url please add the review us Google Maps link (if you don't know how continue to next step).
  5. Go to Google Business and click sign in.
  6. Type the email and password that manages your business in Google Maps.
  7. You will see your business profile (if not please search for your business name on Google).
  8. Then click Ask For Reviews button, copy the link and past it in business url.
  9. Click save.

Now you have made your page ready to collect reviews. To make sure, TAP your phone on the card/stand and you should see the "How was your experince?" site.



Dashboard

The dashboard is the first thing you will see after you login to TAPRAT.

The dashboard you will see the summary of your customers' reviews. It will show you the happy customers and how many satified and unsatisfied customers


Daily Review Summary

On the top we have our face emojis "Pleasant", "Satisfied" and "Not Satisfied", here you will find the daily reviews of your business.

If you have multiple branches for your business you can filiter them by selecting the branch name and to view them all by clicking All

Visitors Analytics

If you're subscribed to one of our plans you can check how many people visited your link even if they didn't leave a review.

You can customise the duration by filleting it from the top right.

Account

In account you can change your basic account information. In this section you will find all the things you need to know about modifying your account.

Account Settings

  1. Click on your name at the top right corner.
  2. Click Profile Settings, your profile will appear.
  3. Change the needed information (Avatar, Full Name, Email and Contact Number).
  4. Click submit.

Manage Subscription

You can see what plan are you currently in and when your subscription will end.

  1. Click on your name at the top right corner.
  2. Click Manage Subscription.
  3. You can see all the needed information about your subscription.


To upgrade your subscription
  1. Click on your name at the top right corner.
  2. Click Manage Subscription.
  3. Click upgrade plan.
  4. Click select your desired plan. To learn more click here
  5. Pay the subscription price and you're done.

Reset/Change Password

Change password
  1. Click on your name at the top right corner.
  2. Click on Change Password, a pop-up will appear.
  3. Type your Current Password and then type and confirm your new password.
  4. Click save after you are done.
Reset Password:

If you forgot your password do not worry, please follow the following steps:

  1. On the login page click Forgot Your Password?
  2. Type your email.
  3. Click Reset Password, if correct you will receive an email with a link.
  4. Check your email and click on the link (If you didn't receive an email you might find it in the spam).
  5. Type your new password.
  6. Click submit.

Warning

For your own safety please do not share your password with anyone.

Change Language

At the moment we support English and Arabic. To change the language please follow the steps:

  1. Click on your name at the top right corner.
  2. Click Change Language, and a pop-up will appear.
  3. Select the desired language.
  4. Click save.

Delete Account

If you want to delete your account, please follow the steps:

  1. Click on your name at the top right corner.
  2. Click Delete Account.
  3. You will be asked "Are you sure you want to delete your account?".
  4. Click Delete My Account.

Warning

When deleting you account all the data will be permanently deleted from our side and can't be restored.

Dark/Light Mode

Yes we are cool we do offer dark mode if you prefer the dark mode please follow the steps:

  • Next to your name at the top right corner.
  • Click is a moon icon (A sun icon if you are in dark mood).

Response

You can see all the responses and if it was pleasant we will not be able to share customer information it will be viewed as "Pleasant selected".

For subsctibers

You can export to Excel to save it in your device.

Review Summary

On the top we have our face emojis "Pleasant", "Satisfied" and "Not Satisfied". and here you will find the total reviews of your business.

Email Responses

You can manage whether you want to receive email notifications for responses by following these steps:

  1. In the left navigation click on Responses tab
  2. At the top right of the responses table you will find "Email Responses" swtich, turn on/off the switch to get your email notification.

Business

In business tap you will find everything related your business customisation how many cards are programmed to your business and much more

View/edit business

  1. In the left navigation click on Business tab.
  2. You will find your business viewed as table click on edit action button, at the most right.
  3. Change your desired information.
  4. Click save.

Add your Google Maps "Review me" Link

To help you boost your business reviews on Google Maps when a user chooses their experince pleasant the system will redirect them to you business review page

Follow the steps to add your link:

  1. In the left navigation click on Business tab.
  2. You will find your business viewed as table click on edit action button, at the most right.
  3. At the location url please add the review us Google Maps link.
  4. Go to Google Business and click sign in.
  5. Type the email and password that manages your business in Google Maps.
  6. You will see your business profile (if not please search for your business name on Google).
  7. Then click Ask For Reviews button, copy the link and past it in business url.
  8. Click save.

Number of TAPRAT NFC

To know how many cards or stands are linked to this branch or business please follow the steps:

  1. In the left navigation click on Business tab.
  2. You will find your business viewed as table click on edit action button, at the most right.
  3. Click nfc card count.
  4. Click back if you are done.

Add new business

Do you want to add a new branch:

  1. In the left navigation click on Business tab.
  2. Click New business.
  3. Type your Alias (the business name you desire to appear on your link)
  4. Type the new branch name
  5. Add your logo
  6. Click save and you are done.

Add social links

Do you want to add your social media links (i.e. TikTok, Instagram, WhatsApp...etc):

  1. In the left navigation click on Business tab.
  2. You will find your business viewed as table click on edit action button, at the most right.
  3. Click socail links - Website.
  4. Add your links.
  5. Click save and you are done.

My TAPRAT NFC

Here you will find how many cards or stands you have and the delivery status.


  1. In the left navigation click on My NFC cards tab.
  2. You will find your all your orders and if you want to find more information click the action button.
  3. Click back when you are are done.

Buy More


  1. In the left navigation click on My NFC cards tab.
  2. Click Order NFC.
  3. Click your desired TAPRAT.
  4. If you have multiple branches or businesses click the desired business.
  5. Click buy.
  6. Fill out the shipping and pay.
  7. Congratulations you are done and we will ship it you ASAP.
